All orders ship direct from our factory in the southern city of Huizhou, in Guangzhou China, about 15 miles from Hong Kong. We offer shipping terms from DDP to EXW and can accommodate delivery to your local freight forwarder. We ship to any address around the globe.

All products we manufacture are custom designed to your specific needs, down to the thread color and hold color. For these reasons, once an order is shipped, we are not able to accept returns unless the product is damaged or does not match the original order.

We stand by our work and our commitment is to ensure our products meet the highest standards including our own. If any product is damaged on arrival or is damaged during normal use, let us know and we will replace it or repair it at no cost.
